Steinbach reveals designated employers for rural pathway to permanent residence
Steinbach, the third-largest city in Manitoba, has released its list of designated employers under the Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP). This pilot program is an employer-driven pathway to permanent residence (PR) for foreign nationals. The designated region for the program includes communities within the rural municipalities of Ste. Anne, Piney, and La Broquerie, along with the urban districts of Landmark and Vita. To qualify for the RCIP, foreign nationals must secure a job offer from a designated employer within one of these participating communities. Furthermore, the job offer must be approved by a local economic development organization, and applicants must also meet the other eligibility requirements set out by the pilot.
